Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, all payments made towards the Advanced KP Astrology Course are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of time,
Personal reasons,
Medical reasons,
Financial difficulties,
Failure to attend live sessions,

Results depend entirely on the student's practice consistency, learning ability, implementation, prior knowledge, and individual effort
3. Batch Transfer Policy: Enrollment is valid only for the batch purchased. Any request for batch transfer, deferment, or future batch adjustment shall be considered solely at the discretion of Jyotishvitran. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

The enrollment shall be deemed consumed and non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes If a participant initiates a chargeback, Payment reversal, Banking dispute, or payment processor dispute after receiving access to the course, Jyotishvitran reserves the right to: Immediately suspend access, terminate enrollment, remove community access, pursue recovery of dues, and take legal action where applicable. Exceptional Circumstances Any exception to this policy shall be entirely at the sole discretion of Jyotishvitran and shall not create any obligation to provide similar exceptions in future cases.
