1. Accounts
You log in with your email address using a one-time password (OTP) or a password you set. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
One account is for one person. Sharing an account or course access with others is not allowed.
2. Purchases and access
Prices are shown in INR on each course page and include applicable taxes. Payments are collected through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.
After successful payment, the course is added to your account automatically. You can start learning immediately by logging in with the email used at checkout.
Access lasts for the validity shown on the course page (lifetime or a fixed number of days). When the validity ends, the course is no longer available in your account unless you renew it.
3. Delivery
All our courses are digital. They are delivered online as recorded videos, PDFs and live classes. Nothing is shipped physically. If you do not see your course within 30 minutes of payment, contact us with your Payment ID.
4. Live classes
Live classes are held on Zoom or similar tools. Dates and times are shown in your account. We may reschedule a class if needed and will inform you in advance. Recordings, where provided, are added to the course.
5. Use of content
All videos, PDFs, charts and other material are the intellectual property of Jyotishvitran. They are licensed to you for personal learning only.
You may not download (unless a download option is provided), record, copy, share, resell or publish any course content. Videos carry a personal watermark. Accounts found sharing or recording content may be blocked without refund.
6. Educational disclaimer
Our courses teach astrology, Vastu, numerology, tarot and palmistry as subjects of study. Astrology is a means of guidance and is not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee any particular result, prediction, income or life outcome.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy at jyotishvitran.com/refund-policy.
8. Changes
We may update course content, prices or these terms from time to time. Price changes do not affect courses you have already bought. The latest version is always available on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
